I’m trying to plot bonds on a scatter plot with credti ratings on the x axis. I can only get it to pot values and not categories (like credit ratings), anyone know how to do this?
generally people map rating scales to numerical values when making spread vs quality graphs. sort of sucks but you then make text boxes to cover the numbers on the x axis.
yea cant you just use the rating factors otherwise I don’t know.
scatter plots are for (x,y) numerical data, I think you need to use a bar or column chart.
