Refer to this picture http://img507.imageshack.us/img507/758/pages.jpg I have a print area that spans across several pages. I want to exclude all the text that is currently in page 4. Also note that once I add more data below page 3, then current page 4 will no longer be page 4, yet I need that block of cells to be excluded from printing area. Is this possible?
Yeah, just click view–>page break preview–>then you can drag the blue lines so it doesn’t include page 4 Another way to do it would be to highlight the area you want to print, then click file–>print area–>set print area
The first suggestion won’t work because it then excludes page 1. I’ve tired the 2nd suggestion before, by highlighting desired sections, and didn’t come out well. But I think this is the best way to do it so I’ll keep playing around with it till I get it. Thanks
