If in a question which gives you both expected inflation and inflation (for that period) for both demostic and foreign countries and spot FX rates, what do you use to calculate relative PPP? Expected inf or inf? May be tricky here.
I would think expected inflation.
check the CFAI book:-). I think it should be expected inf too, but seem not.
