Fin-nance or FIE-nance? Which one?

For example, I work in Fin-Nance, but i love to talk about personal FIE-Nance. Thot on this

that brittish posh accent is always the right one
so I say fieNANce with stress on the second syllable is the right way

Even better question, is it mat-CHUR-ity or mat-TOOR-ity when discussing the vehicles you can invest in if you wish to earn a negative real rate of return on your money?

ooooo well done. the second one i’ve heard of but very rarely. do people actually have nuance for that word depending on the actual usage?
