Study Sesson 16, Reading 58, practice problem #12
I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.
[removed by admin]
So…
C = (99.1085+100.9011-200) / [(200)(0.0025)] = 0.0096/0.5 = 0.0192.
However they give the answer C = 7.68
What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

all four --> 4 * 0.0192 = 0.0768?

Actually, it turns out the book gave the formula incorrectly. You must square the change in yield in the denominator.
So
C = (99.1085+100.9011-200) / [(200)(0.0025^2)] = 0.0096/0.00125 = 7.68
