Worth memorising? I can’t see why they would test S&P ratios. Any thoughts??
debt service coverage and payback period def. most of the ratios are what your suppose to know anyway…on the mock exam it asks about those ratios (i.e. as an SP analyst, which ratio shows deteriortation and asks u to calculate them)
May want to know how to calculate FFO as well under the S&P cashflow. I saw a question on this in EOC Qs.
