As per the curriculum, discretionary trust protections from beneficiaries claim. But why is that? I thought it was the fixed trust that did because the beneficiaries are already chosen as per the stipulated trust agreement
Discretionary gives trustee control. He/she will act for benefit of beneficiary than beneficiary themselves.
