I don’t know how the housing market is wherever you are but one option is to go see a place you like (new and 3BR), find a facebook group and advertise the other 2 rooms. Put a brief descr. and say you’re looking for social people. You should then have people blowing up your phone because no one actually has the patience to check out places themselves. If the place is sweet people should be in. Pick who you want and voila new social group.
Make sure everyone’s name is on the lease though, you don’t wanna be running behind people for rent money.
