FRA saved me.

Didn’t manage my time well in the morning session and wasn’t going to go back for the afternoon session…my boy encouraged me to go back and I’m so glad I did. I must have got close to a 100% on FRA by looking at the breakdown below. It’s ugly, but a pass is a pass! Glad all the hard work paid off. haha nice. and no I didn’t. well congrats!!

i posted my scores earlier.FRA saved me as well tho i hated intercorporate while studying for it

haha nice one :wink: we both had 100% FRA for sure !! :slight_smile: My max possible score is 81 / 120 = 67.50% I think 1 point less and I would be dead. What’s your max score?

Hi Cormorant! congratulations to you too! I haven’t calculated my max score but I’m going to assume it’s around yours too.haha accounting was never my strong point during school, but I realized for both level 1 and 2, FRA has been one of my “easy” sections.

I checked your max score it’s 81 like mine. On the right side of your results max score for each section. Topic Max Pts <=50% 51%-70% >70% - Alternative Investments 18 * - - 3 - Corporate Finance 36 - * - 8 - Derivatives 36 * - - 6 - Economics 18 - * - 4 - Equity Investments 72 - * - 16 - Ethical & Professional Standards 36 - * - 8 - Financial Reporting & Analysis 72 - - * 24 - Fixed Income Investments 36 * - - 6 - Portfolio Management 18 * - - 3 - Quantitative Methods 18 * - - 3 Total 81

guess I would’ve been screwed with 1 less point too.lol.

how do you guys calculate your max score?

Hi IVC. For example, Alternative Investments 18 points,so 6 questions. Assuming 49% as the max score. .49*6=3

Oh, I see. thank you for the explanation. going to calculate my score now (just passed Lvl1)

assuming 50% as well as the lower band is <=50% (equal or less)

A pass is a pass so congrats. You are right though, one question was probably the difference maker between a pass and another year of hell. 5% 50 10% 67 10% 50 5% 50 20% 67 10% 67 20% 85 10% 50 5% 50 5% 50

Here is my results… and ready to waste one more year. mItem Set Q# Topic Max Pts <=50% 51%-70% >70% - Alternative Investments 18 * - - - Corporate Finance 36 * - - - Derivatives 36 - * - - Economics 18 - * - - Equity Investments 72 - * - - Ethical & Professional Standards 36 - * - - Financial Reporting & Analysis 72 - - * - Fixed Income Investments 36 * - - - Portfolio Management 18 * - - - Quantitative Methods 18 * - -
