For any Boston peeps: I got my Charter framed at Kennedy Studio on Tremont Street, and they did an incredible job. I just picked it up yesterday. They do a bunch of them every year, so they know exactly what to do. Double-matted with an off-white outside border, and a small red inside border (to match the stamp).
