Friday Night Roll Call

Count me out for Sat. night roll call… Going out for once, most likely will be too intoxicated to study once I get back. I’ll have to make up for it tomorrow.

I’m about to head over to my office because I left Book 6 over there and wasn’t able to do Exam 1 today… real smart. I’ll have it ready to go for tomorrow morning. For some reason today I wanted to go over LADG for Bank IPS. Probably won’t show up, but whatever.

I study at a slow pace … I am here for the next 5 hours!

I’ll be around for about 4

i got at least an hour… probably more

just cracking GIPS for the first time now. and a little bit scared after reading that last post and learning how much I need to memorize. I don’t memorize good. will be here until at least 1

by the way, does anybody know how many red bulls you can drink in one day before it’s just not safe anymore? with the exception of vodka redbulls when i was younger i never drink/drank them. then i came accross them yesterday at a chinese grocery store near my place that sells 6-packs for 5.99 and now i’m hooked.

try Kombucha … healthier and helps keep you awake and fresh

thanks, i just googled it and found a few places http://www.wonderdrink.com/retail/on.asp Kombucha Wonder Drink is a Sparkling Himalayan Tonic with inspired natural flavors infused with tea, creating an entirely new beverage category. This unique, refreshing, somewhat mysterious – even magical beverage has its own compelling mythology. For centuries, the wise ones descended each year from their aeries high in the Himalayas to harvest spring tea that grew in the valley below. The tea went back up, high in the mountains where it was blended according to an ancient formula, creating “kombucha” – a delicious, effervescent wonder drink that has for thousands of years conferred its wonderful benefits on all who drink it: good health, great longevity, inner serenity and incisive mental clarity.

Checking in for the (late) Saturday Night Roll Call! I’ve been at it since noon CST, so after taking out an hour for bathing and eating I’m approaching 11 hours for the day. I employed a new strategy starting last night, I printed all of the LOS’ and as I review study sessions I am highlighting the ones that I feel I have mastered and are not an extremely high priority. My goal is to reduce the number of non-highlighted (non-mastered/critical) LOS to five per study session. Those 5 * 16 = 80 LOS + the Ethics book will be what I start my final review week cramming with.

Good! then go to bed. You guys want to kills me because when you don’t go to bed you make feel giulty. Altought, I have been at this thing all week. But I am getting close , i feel it is coming along Sweet!

I’m back @#%&. . Let's do this @#%&… Time for some Capital Market Expectations…

You’re nuts McLeod.

Any regulars on tonight?

I’m a pretty regular lurker. I just finished a 3 hr multiple choice practice test but I don’t really feel like grading it now. Pretty sure it didn’t go well.

Yup…just gettin going really. Just put the kids to bed, time to go at it for a while. Going to do an afternoon exam myself this evening. Could use a confidence builder here.

Pimp is in the hizz-ous.

i am kinda regular, unfortunately i never contribute anything too insightful, i’m here to learn dammit!

I’ve done and re-reviewed both Vol 1 and Vol 2 Practice Tests. I’ve done Sample 1 and Mock exam along with 2500 QBank questions and EOC questions. I have nothing left but Sample 2 and Sample 3. I think my strategy here on out is to review notes and review certain topics from the CFAI texts to get a better grasp on stuff. I’m feelin good. Level 3 ain’t got nothing on me.
