FRM and CERA, which is better ?

I am considering to work in Risk Management field. CERA (Certified Enterprise Risk Analyst, sponsored by SOA) is also attractive to me ! With regard to difficulty and time, no doubt CERA will be more difficult and take longer to obtain. Assuming you pass all requirements on your first try, It will still take at least 2 years of full time studying and it’ll cost around 4 or 5 grand.
