I am in my early 30’s and an Hotel Management graduate, I have recently graduated my MBA (Finance) and looking for career in finance.I am quite eager to study towards certain Finance certifications along with ACCA (Association of Certified Accountants) or CFA that could help me to fit in suitable financial role.
I am planing to start with clearing FRM (Both levels) and simultaneously study along ACCA or CFA. I am currrently employed in Hospitality operations (Heading Restaurant operations) and planning to study while working and intend to move to Finance department in my present Hotel or look out for oppurtunities outside hospitality sector.

Is my approach of FRM+ACCA or CFA worthy enough for my career change to Finance?
-
Is there any other worthwhile certifications that could balance better my experience?
My understanding is it is quite hard to get along any finance role with just an MBA and with no prior experience in finance (I ihave been trying but many employers feel i dont have prior experience in finance), So will Finance certifications and clearing certain papers in ACCA could help me get that require job in Finance?
I understand that none of the qualifiication gaurantes job, But strongly feel couple of certifications could possibly enhance my chances. Any feedback and reccomendations are much apppreciated.
Thanks
