Hi guys,
I am planning on taking the FRM part 1 exam next May and I have my friend’s 2015 Schweser notes. Would they be good enough or already too old so I would have to buy new ones ?
In addition, I am taking the CAIA level 1 exam in March and I would like to know what you guys think about how realistic it is to do so ?
I hold a degree in finance, have some exposure to hedge funds and I am currently unemployed.
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks

I looked at the 2016 Part 1 curriculum, looks like it is little changed from 2015 curriculum. I think you should be fine with 2015 Schweser notes.

Thanks for the advice. If I can save some money without losing knowledge then we are good.
I am studying with GARP official books. However, I’d really love to watch Wiley Videos. Their CFA Level 2 videos were damn impressive.
I’d love to have a whatsapp study partner. If anyone is interested, please drop your whatsapp number in my Inbox. Thanks
-Sid
