if the sum was -15, it should be -5 each year. since the last year was +10, you needed an adjustment of -15. that was my thought
I’m not entirely sure on the other questions but I remember seeing a question that had the choices either +15, -15, +35, -35 on FSA. How much would inventory increase by if we used FIFO instead of LIFO was that the question? LIFO reserve was +35 but somehow I took the differences of the 07 and 06 LIFO reserve and got +15. Am I completely wrong on this?
“black scholes is not required for stock options…just typically used.” By the way, it was explicitly laid out in both Schweser and the CFA books that there is no required option valuation model. It was up to the company.
