Galleon Group

Raja Rajratnam - HF manager of Galleon Group found guilty of 20m insider trading scam. Who the f send that kind of info via text messages? Also this guy has net worth of 1.3Bn and ranks 559 in forbes billionaires list. Does greed really worth it? He might have to pay heavy fines or spend his time in jail like madoff.

Who the f send > that kind of info via text messages? Better yet, who the f sends that kind of information PERIOD. Irrespective of the means of communication, anyone who engages in practices that distort the market or give rise to one party holding an unfair advantage over another is incomprehensible. It’s individuals like this that give Finance a bad name. Quit sad.

I read the complaint, I wonder who tipped the government off on these guys. Danielle Chiesi ain’t that bad looking, 2001 grad.

Actually I made a mistake, I was looking at a pic of her 30-year old sister. Apparently Danielle is 40 or 41 which is not as promising.

At least 3 of the 6 charged went to Wharton.

Wow, just wow: The Associated Press has learned that even before his arrest, Rajaratnam was under scrutiny for helping bankroll Sri Lankan militants notorious for suicide bombings. Papers filed in U.S. District Court in Brooklyn allege that Rajaratnam worked closely with a phony charity that channeled funds to the Tamil Tiger terrorist organization. Those papers refer to him only as “Individual B.” But U.S. law enforcement and government officials familiar with the case have confirmed that the individual is Rajaratnam.

All these sh*t gave a bad bad name to finance…

They all gave her tremendous access.” “Wall Street is a locker room,” the source added. “You bring a cheerleader into a locker room, that’s what happens.”

If Wall Street found her good looking, then what would they do if a Jessica Alba look-alike suddenly enters the “lockerroom”?

jesus, wall street must be suffering from a downturn in good looking women as well!!

I’ve got it! Daviskr, Steph96 Karenc and I will start a fund called “Nuppal’s Angels.” The girls can gain inside access through their looks while I trade on the info and make millions. DONE!
