I noticed in the GIPS curriculum that a lot of the information is structured like: - You can do A for information between Jan 2002 - 2003 - You can do B for information between March 2005 - Feb 2007 - You can do C from October 2008 until the present. Are we supposed to memorize the rules for all the different time periods? Or is it better to just focus what the most recent rules are?
