Hi everyone, i’m reviewing Ethics reading 4 in the CFAI books, and i’m still unsure of what’s required for the examination. we are told to prepare only for the preface, introduction and provisions for GIPS through the end of secion II.0 (fundamentals of compliance). is this correct or should i simply go through the entire provisions as i did originally, since nothing was marked as optional?

dnoyelles, as you said, you’ll only be tested on the preface, introduction and provisions through the end of Section II.0, despite the fact that the rest of the material isn’t marked as optional reading.
dnoyelles, I had the same concerns when I went over that section, I’d say don’t worry about it too much, just make sure you can deal with the LOSs, at the end of the day, it’s the LOSs that count
