Quick question on GIPS: For the composite that you show results for, you must list the description of that composite. However, one must also include a disclosure that a complete list of all of the firm’s composite and their descriptions is available. Is this correct? Is there a master GIPS thread on this board?

how can you learn gibs like that, without even seeing an actual gibs compliant report. nothing settles in my mind when I try to learn cold!
i just read the GIPS pkg this morning - - quick read - - a lot of it is repeated over and over throughout in summaries and summaries of the summaries etc - - probably worth the hour or so to skim did ethics manual last night - first time in all my years in this that i actually read it - learned nothing new
