Yo greenie - I was doing high rep DLs and thought of you. Try this workout, it’ll put some hair on your chest:

20 minutes - 1st minute: 1 DL (#135), 1 push up, 2nd minute: 2 DLs, 2 push ups, 3rd minute: 3 DLs, 3 push ups, etc up to 20 minutes. Log your highest minute where you maintain the required rep count. Once you fail do as many as you can per minute and log your total number of reps over the entire 20 minutes.

Start mixing in metcons like this into your strength routine and the fat will melt away.
