So I am changing jobs and saw on some forums that new administration is creating problems with H1B TRANSFER
I have the CFA Charter (doesn’t count as an educational degree) but my degree is in Engineering, while the job title is ‘Research Associate’.
I wanted to see if this could potentially be a problem for me, and If anyone here has any experience regarding this? ( I tried posting on visa forums but they do not even understand the basics of the role, so was hoping to get some advice here)
