Part of it though also has to do with your liver pushing out the toxins. If you don’t treat your liver that well, your hangovers will be worse unless you don’t stop drinking and never have a hangover.

I’ve heard the issue with Gatorade or Smart Water vs Pedialyte is that they have too much sugar, not enough salt. Pedialyte is supposed to have the correct mix to get you hydrated. It makes sense, but I haven’t actually looked into this…
