HARDEST ETHICS QUESTIONS

I think we can all agree that Ethics questions are either Easy, or very difficult. I wish I had posted this earlier and kept posting when i found a super difficult question. The ones that trick me up are the “least likely” ones. I’ll start with one, I am still confused by the answer.

The answer is B… and not A…

Strange

it wasnt a violation because the research was his prior to joining the firm. it would have been a violation if he had taken research he did while employed at the firm.

his reseacr violated dilligence and he lied to his new client so those would both be violations

Correct. Picking A would suggest that his research was to the highest quality, which it seems to have not been.

It helped me a bit looking at each potential issue individually.
