“What do you think they are really asking >?? What kinda answer are they looking for ?” They’re trying to see how you value success; is it happiness, money, or what? In terms of what kind of answer they’re looking for, that’ll vary by employer…if you’re going to a hedge fund, you should name the richest person you know, a non-profit, some happy guy, etc., etc…
