having difficulty to explain my answers

I am as well having this issue… This is what is the difficulty of L3 and trimonious had written a fantastic piece of how to prepare for L3. May be reading that should help you.

Try downloading old exams, see what CFAI considers key elemets for each section, and try to be as brief as possible with your answers. Keep in mind those are optimal answers and you problably need only a few keywords to get your point through.
