Health supplements to increase endurence during studies?

The post may seem out of the place, but seriously feel that to study long hours and still keep the brain functioning, need to take some supplements.

Dry eyes are another big hurdle to keep studying for long hours.

Would appreciate any input!

I don’t think it’s humanly possible to stay strapped to a chair 8 hours a day reading through the text book and still have the same level of awareness at the end.

I believe blueberries, fish, peanuts, and cereal make good study foods in the sense that they boost memory and the ability to reason. I think the brain works best when you steadily drip feed it rather than have three big meals a day. Try having a light snack ever two to three hours or so.
