Does anyone have helpful tips on remebering when to hedge or not hedge foreign currency exposure?
Hedge if you think that the foreign currency will do worse than IRP suggests.
Don’t hedge if you think that the foreign currency will do better than IRP suggests.
If you have no clue what the foreign currency will do, hedge if you’re chicken; don’t hedge if you like risk.
