Please advice. I need to make a purchase decision. For those who have sat for level 3, should I use scheweser or stalla?
Schweser is very good. However there is no substitute for the CFAI Readings. In fact the readings have built in redundency that sometimes make things extremely boring but you are getting hit with the same concepts over and over from different angles. I believe this type of repetition is more conducive to learning. Somehow I think you can better learn things when they are presented in different contexts.
I know for a fact that Stella played a huge part in helping me pass level III in 2007. I thought they did a really good job covering the morning session. But like hoan0106 said, I would make sure I cover the CFAI readings for the June 2008 exam. All the best.
