Yahoo has a video today of a hot girl who acts like a drunken fool in public and the video shows several guys trying to take her home, even knowing that she’s obviously wasted.
I didn’t read the comments, but the writer seems to take offense to the comments.
My .02 - I’m not saying anybody deserves to get raped, molested, or otherwise taken advantage of, but let’s face it–boys will be boys. If she actually were this drunk and dressed this way in public, you would expect this kind of behavior from at least a few guys. And if you play with fire, you’re eventually gonna get burned.
(edit - sorry that I didn’t look at it sooner, but CMLSML already posted the youtube link above.)
So maybe my comment long ago that “we don’t hear her voice, maybe she’s being exploited by the people filming her” was closer to true than I expected (though I had assumed the filmmaker was a woman, which seems not to be true).
Aspiring actress who was paid to star in ‘Walking in NYC as a Woman’ cat-calling video files $500K lawsuit against the director for 'violating her civil rights
One of the more interesting lines in the article: “Bliss, who has not commented on the lawsuit, admitted in a Q&A session on Reddit at the time that a lot of white men were taken out in editing.”
Let’s be real, this group intentionally made it for blacks and Latinos. If it was white Wall Streeters she was attracted to this would not be a problem. It’s disingenuous when “harassment” is defined by the subjective scale of who the woman is and is not attracted to.
I’m a black man. Not saying many of us don’t make things harder on ourselves, but you are taught that shit like this is always going to turn out bad for you compared to other races. You are always assumed to be a predator, so don’t even attempt “street game.” The funny thing is this chick is not that great.
