How detailed do you write the time horizon constraint?

always at a minimum say long or short term, and how many stages. # of years is secondary. I often go straight into stages and forget to say long or short term, that could cost ya.

Well the prior AM’s usually say there is more than 1 answer, so I wouldn’t worry too much on the subjectivity
