for those of you who has been in the industry for quite some time, how did you survive the last downturns? i’m in a small hf shop in east asia, and things are really looking very bad now. Don’t know if we will survive… I don’t know what I should do
life goes on … your job does not define you (hard some of the egos out there)… on a practical note - make sure you have enough cash socked away to cover you for 6+ months …
