How do I solve for w here. Please show me algerbrically

11.11 = w (12.79) + (1 - w) (10.54)

go slow multiply every term out. combine the terms with w and the ones with (no w) together.

and then get your answer.

w = (11.11 - 10.54)/(12.79-10.54)

11.11 - 10.54 = (12.79 - 10.54)w

w = (11.11 - 10.54) / (12.79 - 10.54)
