How good are you in Kitchen?

I used to be a good cook. Now I am out of practice, but can still do it when needed.

People like my Thanksgiving/Christmas Turkey, Fondue Neuchateloise, Peruvian Causa Rellena, Wine Poached Salmon, Spaghetti Bolognese, Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream, and - of course - Le French Toast.

Also my salads and dressings get the thumbs up even from people who claim they don’t like salads.

As someone once said… never trust a thin cook.

There are a few things I make pretty well, but not much of a cook overall.

Such as?

I can cook all sorts of veg food with spices. Very experienced in making a curry and eggs.

do you make good mufango?

Why would I make mofongo. I’ve never been drawn to it. I do enjoy doing fajitas, though.
