Rape statistics are, therefore, badly skewed because many women remain silent about sexual violence.)

^ There are many Indians that live in South Africa. By and large, they are a hardworking and intelligent people. We ended up taking their right to vote away, though, for very obvious reasons.
I would imagine it’s because they are non-citizen residents.
