Do you have to pay the enrollment fee for each level? That would make sense because the enrollment fee of 390 is under the heading Levels I, II, and then it is $465 for III. But it also says Program Enrollment “New Candidates Only”, leading me to believe that this fee is for new candidates to “enroll” into the next level. Thanks…
