It was well worth the 5 year bump for you to let us know your sleep schedule.
Pretty unsporting not to give us a warning so that we’d have had an opportunity to make book on your answer. Hardly cricket.
Since my kids were born, no more than 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep every 24 hours. 3 months and counting since I got a full night’s sleep.
I can relate.
It gets better. You’re actually right at the threshold before great sleep returns. Keep your chin up.
5 hours max.
Reading this thread and thinking, maybe I should start going to bed earlier?
Slept at 11. Woke up at 4:30. Gotta love west coast hours.
Every month I have as goal to find a way to sleep 8 hours/day and I always fail. 6.5 hours is the best I can do during the week. There just isn’t enough free time after work for me to sleep 8 hours.
That sounds terrible and like my sleep last night (minus the kids part). I was up half the night watching netflix. Today at work sucked.
I notice how ridiculous folks without kids are at times. Compassion in an extreme way. Mostly single old women relating to your talk about children by comparing it too their lap dog. The other day I had someone doing that with her coffee shop.
5-6 hrs week days, 10 hrs on weekends, no need to over work you are not productive when you are tired, wish companies knew that.
7 hours every night
