You should definitely re-grade. You could easily get moved up to band 5. Seriously, I think everyone knows that a re-grade is pretty tough to justify for anyone. But if you’re in band 4, what exactly are you hoping to accomplish?
I think most probably coz you were below average in the ethics section.
I think it’s a lost cause even w/ a 9 or 10. I bet the band differentials are pretty tight.
