For a right hander - Right toe directly in middle of key (there is often a nail or a mark there). Left foot shoulder width apart, about three inches behind right foot. Slight bend in knees, exact same set up every time (always three bounces, or pull ear or whatever routine works for you). Smooth stroke from chest level through follow through. Repeat. If you are yanking my chain, go Rick Berry style.
