to clarify, there is no feminism involved at my part, I simply wrote down a correct form of noun. When you guys mention ‘she/he’, we know the sexes right away. So, it constitutes to sex discrimination also? Sexes aside. What made me said that she is incompetent and bossy? Incompetent - She has been here for three years and still dont know our detailed work flow. When there are problems, she imposes deadline and asks us to find the solution ourselves and to solve it accordingly. Emails from her are FYI and FYA. I always wonder whether she is a managaress or messenger. Bossy - Her tone is bossy tone and always issues orders. When she need somethings, she must have it now regardless of importance of it. Imposing deadline for everything.

The best thing you can do is try to move on so you are no longer working for her. As someone else posted, there are incompetent managers EVERYWHERE. You will only harm yourself filing a complaint and HR complaints are NEVER confidential. She will be notified immediately, that’s how this works, and you really have no grounds. Be cooperative and helpful to her, clearly SOMEONE there likes her, and try to move on.
