When they are out on vacation, go to chinatown, get a small gold fish or one of those small stinky fish and hide it deep in one of his desk drawers… Or you could just wait for the xmas party wait outside and punch him in the face after a later night of drinking… or you could just go to HR and file a report claiming your boss is creating a hostile work environment which is causing undue difficulty for you to perform your duties and messing your life outside ofthe office as well… worked for me…

Ok in all seriousness, if you want to lodge a formal complaint, I would recommend going to HR with the condition that it’s kept confidential. You don’t want anybody to get the idea that you are insubordinate or backstabbing; even if your complaint is valid, you don’t know how people will take it.

Come to think about it, i realise that i dont have any evidence to support my claim. So it will only be my words against hers, do you think it is still advisable to lodge a formal complaint without hard evidence? If so, what type of evidence should i look for and how to con her so that i am able to get enough evidence to support my claims? Thanks
