How to determine the multiple of a peer group?

Hello everyone,

Currently im struggling on how to determine the multiple of a peer group. The only data I have is the Market cap, net financial debt/equity (MV), tax rate and levered beta.

What kind of multiple? Don’t see how you could get net income for P/E. Or anything else like that.
