At L1 the guideline was read the question if you do not know it then go on so you get the points from questions that you do know. Use a second or third pass to solve the unanswered questions.
At L2 with vingettes being quite larger and needing a considerable amount of time to get into the matter and digest the information how do you work through the questions, since leaving an answer of a vignette and getting back will cost a considerable amount of time to go through the vignette again and digest the info again.
Any other tips you might offer are welcome.
