Investment controller To provide rigorous financial control and support to the Ulyanovsk construction project. To provide: Financial control over all business procedures during the project life cycle. Appropriate and efficient use of Mars resources. Early identification of risks and proper mitigation before they escalate into bigger problems (e.g., overruns, delays, litigation). Increased reliability on internal financial reporting, cash planning, tax accounting. Ability to better mitigate and manage fraud risks. Necessary support for all central S&F functions in their activities in — region. Representation of — from finance side to — authorities obtaining their support for — business in the region which enables the project team to best map it’s objectives and make the right operational and strategic decisions. Problem Solving/Challenges To work on remote distance. To build stable relationships with local authorities. To make decisions dealing with high level of ambiguity. To sustain risk management for the project. Qualifications: Higher education (economical is preferable). 3-5 years minimum experience required in finance and accounting areas. Knowledge of US GAAP and Russian Statutory accounting of fixed assets and capital expenditure . Working knowledge of English (intermediate). Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and to make decisions. Good project management skills. Team worker. Dealing with ambiguity.

Shouldn’t this be C? Since they have gone ahead and divided ‘Solvings’ by ‘Challanges’. So it’s a perpetuity of challanges hence ‘C’ looks good to me.
