HP 12c keys get stuck!

I have two HP 12c calcs and both have this problem…the Enter key needs pressing real hard! … just in case someone has a solution to this.

Press harder!!!

I would suggest getting a new one. Who needs the headache.

I have the same problem. My #6 key need to be pressed very hard and slowly to work. Quite frustrating to spend that much on a 12c just to have the POS break a year later. HP won’t do anything past warrenty either.

BA 2 + is 12times better than the HP :frowning:

The 3rd calculator is working but they have swapped the multiply and divide key labels! I pasted on them the correct labels.
