Pepp, Of all people, really? Between you and Dreary having shaken confidence, today has been a surprising day. Get your ass to the test center on Saturday. Chickening out is worse than failing - all your coworkers will agree. If your motivator is the path of least embarrassment, give the test a shot. Everybody that knows anything about the CFA exams knows that level 2 is excessively difficult. Keep studying. For me, I reread basically all of the Schweser books in 3 days and my Mock scores now put me at having a decent shot at passing. That was from getting ~60% on all three sample exams the week before. You can do it.

skill, i am not sure if everyone here is thinking the way you do, but my thing is that you’ve worked harder than i have, and you deserve to pass more than I do, not saying that you will pass cuz i show or don’t or millions of me show up or dont. It’s just what you know, is whats gonna matter between a Fail and Pass. and I just dont feel i am ready.

I’d be violating my ethical duty to raise the standard of education in the profession by letting you quit without putting in my $0.02. Turn your frustration into drive. Your prep tests should point to your weaknesses. Focus on them from here until 9am Saturday.

yeah, skill, you might think too much out of almost 10,000 lv2 canadiate, am I wasting my 1 min trying to convincing someone just because it increases #@#@ chances of passing, using regression, that might not be significant at all pepp has been here for a while, he/she is a buddy.

Why would anyone not want to at least take it? That’s the beauty of L2. You SHOULD know everything, but if you don’t and get lucky, you’re on an even playing field with someone who knows every subject.

Not really following, but if there are a few hundred or thousand lurkers in the same boat who see this thread, hopefully they would sit for the exam as well. Then it becomes a little more meaningful; regardless, I’m over it.
skill, A) i think most of us here are trying to keep our chin up and motivate and help each other. B) no one really thinks about their passing chances based on others, because if that was the case, you’d NEVER HELP anyone, and this forum wouldn’t exist. C) as i mentioned you passed based on what you know or you don’t. d) now I really want to try my best on this exam, thanks all. heres a question: if the target dividend ratio is .10, last years dividend was 5 cents, and this year it is 6 cents, but this year’s earnings has gone up by 50% compared to last years, and target will be reached in 10 years, what can you conclude about the company whether its moving to target ratio or not. also assume that company’s expected earning is supposed to fall next year due to some regulatory issues that imposed tax penalty for the industry the company is operating in.
