I remember last year what happened to those canadiates who get III registration link all passed. I can’t recall rest of them all failed or not, I believe some of them passed as well so there must be a time they start to update the link. This weekend web down is excellent chances for them to do it. I don’t know how they examine the paper. If all the paper are sent to central processing, then probably they would update by canadiate number or just random If the paper stays in your exam center, we would see they get updated by location

So far, only three of about 15 people have seen the link. There is no way that 80% of AF posters failed, so if you dont see a link, it most likely does not mean that you automatically failed.
