Well, technically, you just started to use the phrase in every other post.
I was the one that coined HCB as an acronym, mostly because it took too much time to make fun of the term.

Are they really HCB’s if they do unclassy things? I would think that makes them hot unclassy babes who give the illusion of being classy while in public. I find nothing wrong with this, infact such a woman is possibly the ideal woman as long as she can continue to maintain the illusion.
