I just realized how important it is to Relax

Now that i had a good night sleep and just relaxed in general i can recall things more quickly and easily. What a difference it makes. The key to relaxation is NOT THINKING ABOUT EXAM for 2-3 hours

I think I’m gonna go get some Sushi and run some errands now…need a break.

I’m going to get on a three hour flight the hell away from here.
