I suck at algebra, Simple question

How do u compute this: 2/(12-x) = 50 Find X yes I’m serious lol

2/(12-x) = 50 2/50=12-X, X=12-(2/50)=11.96

2/((12-x) = 50 switch the (12-x) and 50 so that you get: 2/50 = (12-x) remove the brackets 2/50 = 12 -x bring x over to the other side of the equation x - 2/50 = 12 bring the 2/50 over to the other side x = 12 + 2/50 x = 12.04

Nevermind, I seem to be delirious I was using the wrong stock price and I was thinking I was doing it wrong, lol thanks anyway guys
