If anyone needs a laugh.

Alright, I’ve made it here, so I’m not a complete moron. I literally spent 20 minutes figuring this out. I thought my calculator was going bad. Here is the sequence: 1.12 / 1.087 = .033. That is clearly not the answer, so I thought I needed a new calculator. Turns out, I was using the - key instead of the / key. Moral of the story, it doesn’t hurt to take a break every once in a while. Too much studying can actually make you dumber. Hope you all got a laugh. You’re welcome.

Nice. On the plus side, at least you don’t have to buy a new calculator!

i thought that kind of error seemed weird. i get stuck like that sometimes too. simple math errors after you completed all the hard parts!

good one! HA! I tend to hit the on/off button when I want the damnn thing to just clear.

What’s really going to drive you nuts is when that happens on the exam and your FRIGGING BACKUP CALCULATOR DOES IT TOO !

anyone scared about their calc running out of batteries??? its a little ridiculous but i guess now would be the time to change it. i havent ever changed it.

i bring 2 calcs on exam day… Then i see someone who has the wrong one when they show up (this was for level 1)… then he immediately looks at my 2nd calculator, then i put it in my pocket…

I have two calculators and a spare battery. Now that’s paranoia!

Want some ice cream? Psych!

I usually take 15 calculators to sell them for premium at the exam center. Last time I sold some 6 odd calculators… wait a minute 2100 cash inflow (7*300)…yeps I sold 7.

In a panic, I closed that window down completely before it fired up!

Can I rely on the calculator which is less than a year old or would it die in near time…
